Dr. R. Radhai is a distinguished academician with a Doctorate in Economics and over three decades of teaching and research experience. Having successfully cleared the State Level Eligibility Test (SLET), she's qualified for faculty positions across Indian universities and colleges.

Deeply committed to nurturing future leaders, Dr. Radhai actively engages in Civil Services coaching, serving as a mentor and mock interview panelist for several reputed UPSC academies. Her dedication extends to her roles as a member of various academic and governing bodies, contributing to curriculum development, policy implementation, and quality assurance through the NAAC Coordination Committee. Beyond academia, she's also a Trustee of the Sethupathi Mannar Memorial Trust, Ramanathapuram.
